Van der Waals Integrated LiNbO3/WS2 for High-Performance UV–Vis–NIR Photodetection
In article number 2300286, Heyuan Guan, Tiefeng Yang, Huihui Lu, and colleagues propose a LiNbO3/WS2 hetero-integrated architecture, optimize the light-to-electric conversion through combining pyroelectric effect with photoconductive effect, and realize high on/off ratio operation. This work realizes the complementary and hybrid integration of ferroelectric LiNbO3 with 2D materials toward a high-performance photodetection chip.
