Parallel Aluminum-Cobalt Oxide Nanosheet arrays with High-Temperature Ferromagnetism (Small 38/2023)
In article number 2301513, Zhanbing He and co-workers show that a large area parallel aluminum-cobalt oxide nanosheet arrays (PNAs) can be synthesized using a collaborative dealloying and hydrothermal method. The parallel growth of two-dimensional nanosheets is attributed to a lattice-matching of the substrate, buffer layer, and nanosheets. Meanwhile, the PNAs exhibit high-temperature ferromagnetism with a Curie temperature up to 919 K, implying the potential applications in spintronic devices.
